Our staff here at KCP are committed believers who exemplify Christ-centered values in our community. They are passionate about their vocation at KCP, posessing both a strong calling and rigorous training. Each teacher holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) or a Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) and all of our staff are First Aid/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified. In addition, all of our staff have passed a Level 2 FBI background screening, sexual predator screening, and annual local FDLE background check. Our teachers have 45 hours of training through the Department of Children and Families as well as at least 10 hours of continuous education each year. We LOVE our teachers and believe you will, too!

Lauren Santos

Director

Ms. Lauren has been dedicated to working with children since 2013 and has served as a Director since 2022. As mother of three and a devoted wife, she understands the importance of nurturing young minds and hearts. She has a deep love for working with children and a strong relationship with God, which she integrates into every aspect of our preschool. Her leadership is grounded in faith, ensuring that the love of Jesus is at the core of our educational approach. Ms. Lauren is passionate about creating a warm, inclusive, and faith-filled environment where students can thrive. We are blessed to have her guiding our preschool and enriching our community.

Robin Etherton

Office Administrator

Ms. Robin has been a valued member of the KCP team since 2022. As a dedicated mother and grandmother, she has a deep love for children and brings warmth and kindness to our school community.  Ms. Robin's experience and passion for helping others make her an essential part of our team. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and ensure the smooth operation of our office. We are grateful for her dedication and the care she shows to everyone at our school. Robin's cheerful presence and commitment to our mission make her a beloved member of our community.

Ms. Katherine - Music Teacher

Ms. Katherine has been dedicated to children's music and ministry for most of her life. She is honored to teach children about the Lord and to bring the little ones unto Him. With a CDA credential and a Staff Credential to instruct VPK, Ms. Katherine has over 18 years of experience as a Bible/Music Director. She has written and directed over 20 children's programs and two VBS/drama camps. As a versatile artist, Ms. Katherine is a puppeteer, pianist, piano teacher, choir director, and songwriter. She has also recorded and produced numerous music CD projects. Ms. Katherine loves teaching children about music and finds joy in witnessing their creativity and excitement when they perform.

Yelay Saenz  -  VPK

Ms. Yelay was born in Havana, Cuba, and is married to a United States Marine. They have three wonderful children and three beloved dogs. Ms. Yelay has been dedicated to the Early Childhood field for twenty years, holding an AA degree, an FCCPC credential, and specialized studies in Special Needs. Teaching preschool is her passion, and she absolutely loves it! Her mission is to instill a love for learning in her students and help them thrive in their early educational journey.

Tess MacGillivray-  VPK

Ms. Tess was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, before moving to Tampa, Florida, where she met her wonderful husband. They have three amazing kids and two sweet cats. Tess is CPR certified and holds a national CDA. She also takes continuing education classes to ensure your children receive the most up-to-date early learning curriculum. With six years of experience teaching VPK, Tess absolutely loves her work. This is her fourth year with Keystone Christian Preschool, and she cannot wait to get to know your little ones and watch them grow as she assists in their early learning education.

Danielle Isaacson - Three's
Ms. Danielle, originally from New Jersey but raised in Baltimore MD, brings nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She enjoys reading, walking, spending time at the beach, and has a unique love for doing laundry.
Ms. Danielle 
believes in giving children the space to explore, make mistakes, and learn from them. She hopes her students develop social skills, patience, and a strong sense of self-esteem. Her Christian faith plays a key role in her teaching, and she strives to ensure every child feels loved and protected, just as Jesus desires. A fun fact about Danielle is that her favorite movie is Jaws, and she even named her first son Matthew Brody after the characters Matt Hooper and Chief Brody from the film!

Tiffany Daniels - Three's

Ms. Tiffany is a proud graduate of Florida State University and has been a valued part of the KCP family since 2015. She is passionate about nurturing a love for learning in her students and believes that a child’s social and emotional development is foundational for their growth. With a heart for teaching, Ms. Tiffany is dedicated to helping children learn the Word of God, instilling in them the values of faith, kindness, and love. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading and staying active through exercise. Her favorite getaways are to the beach and Disney theme parks, where she loves spending time with family and friends. Ms. Tiffany is committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment where every child feels loved and inspired to grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically.

Emily Coggins -  Three's 

Ms. Emily is from Allendale, New Jersey, and brings two years of teaching experience to the classroom. She holds a Master of Science in Human Services and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. In her free time, Emily loves spending time at the beach with her family, exploring the outdoors, and reading.

Emily was drawn to childcare because she finds joy in being surrounded by children and playing a role in their development. She believes that for children to grow, they must know they are loved, and that being a child is an important job. Her faith is the foundation of her teaching, and she is committed to helping children understand how much Jesus loves them.

Ms. Aistha-  Three's

Ms. Aitsha was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida, but she loves returning to her roots and visiting Puerto Rico every year. With five years of teaching experience, her passion for working with children began in high school, where she helped special needs students. Her fourth-grade teacher was the one who inspired her to pursue a career in education. Ms. Aitsha believes that creating a supportive environment and fostering strong communication between parents and teachers are key to a child's success. She is dedicated to involving parents in every step of their child’s journey. Aitsha's faith is a cornerstone of her teaching, and she strives to model the love of Jesus in the classroom. In her free time, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes, and she loves sharing Dr. Seuss and Eric Carle books with her students!

Ms. Connie - Two's

Meet Connie Lappe, an experienced teacher who has dedicated the past seven years to nurturing young minds in a two-year-old classroom. With a passion for observing children learn and develop friendships, Connie has been immersed in childcare for 35 years. She is a proud mother of four children and enjoys reading, beach outings, music, Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and all things Disney during her leisure time. Connie is excitedly anticipating an amazing school year ahead with your child!

Jessica Pierron -  Two's 

Meet Jessica Pierron, who serves as the Two's Assistant Teacher alongside Ms. Connie. Ms. Jessica is excited to contribute to your child's introduction to the classroom and their journey of learning about both school and the Lord.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Social Work, reflecting her deep commitment to education and child development. With over eight years of experience in childcare, Jessica finds great fulfillment in nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.

Jessica and her daughter are proud members of the KCP community, where they cherish the supportive environment and opportunities for growth. She looks forward to a wonderful year ahead, filled with meaningful experiences and educational milestones for your child
